Observed, analysed, and developed an automation solution for order sales fulfilment. Previously the owner spent a sizeable amount of time arranging orders and double checking it before printing the orders onto multiple A4 sheets.

The solution took advantage of the fact that the owner is also able to download the orders as a csv file. So through a custom Python script, I was able to provide a solution that allows for a set of checking, formatting, and a printable output process onto a thermal printer.

By additionally performing checks on addresses, customers address errors was able to be detected automatically, reducing the amount of lost parcels. This comes with the additional benefit of speeding up the time taken in proof checking the orders before printing it out as well. This saves time, and ultimately saved money.
